We want you to be completely satisfied with your packaging order; if your chipboard boxes or folding cartons do not meet your expectations, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-printed or specifically tailored dimensions are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details regarding the specific cartons you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the unused boxes in their original flat-packed bundles and outer shipping containers to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Product
Send the package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items arrived damaged.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned inventory for resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
